Duolingo Hawaiian is accessible as a website on your computer or may be installed as an app on your phone. Both the app and the website are accessible without charge, although Duolingo also offers a premium service for a fee. Kaliko Beamer-Trapp and his female partner, Kiele Akana-Gooch, act as guides in this language program, which presents the history, culture, place names, and music of the Hawaiian Islands, as well as the language. Lessons cover the Hawaiian phonetic system, basic greetings, pronouns, verb usage, a variety of vocabulary areas, and Hawaiian syntax. Kaliko and Kiele read the sample dialogues, giving the listener the chance to hear male and female voices in action.

Kulāiwi TV is a series of 12 youtube videos produced by Kamehameha Schools in 1994.
Ka Leo ʻŌiwi provides a strong basic and fun foundation of the ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi (Hawaiian language) through engagement and interaction with the characters. Ka Leo ʻŌiwi also encourages the viewer(s) to be a part of the lessons through the lohe (hear), ʻoni (act), and walaʻau (speak) style, where the lessons enhance your ʻōlelo Hawaiʻi skills by adding practical use of ʻōlelo in daily conversations.
Pepa kākoʻo (support sheets) are also provided for practice and strengthening sentence structures learned from each episode!

`Ōlelo Hawai`i Makahiki `ekahi is a series of audio recordings to teach beginning Hawaiian language. This series was created at University of Hawaii and is narrated by Kainani Kahaunaele.
